My Way

In the age of 27 I meet the first spirit animal in an Vipassana Reterat.
You know vipassana is only to fokus on the breath.

But my mind fokus on a problem.
The problem was like a demon and I give this demon everything he wanted
and
suddenly he appeared and a bear was next to me and give me
hope, love and peace.

So that was the first animal.
Now I have 300 animals and with all of them I have a conference and write down the words they tell me.
